My Experience Choosing Nail Salon Management Software in Atlanta
I've been running my nail salon in Atlanta for 3 years now, and I've tried quite a few management software options. Today I want to share my thoughts on SmartNail - a software I'm currently using and pretty satisfied with.
Why I chose SmartNail
Honestly, I was skeptical at first. There are so many software companies making big promises, but when you actually use their products, it's a different story. What sets SmartNail apart is that the company is right here in Georgia, so they really understand how we Vietnamese run nail businesses here.
First plus: Really easy to use

Any downsides?
I have to be honest - there are some. The initial setup was a bit complicated, had to call support. Fortunately their support team is good, they helped via TeamViewer.
The price isn't exactly cheap, but considering the benefits, it's acceptable.
Who is it suitable for?
From what I can see:
- If you work alone, it might be a bit "overkill," but still convenient for managing appointments
- Salons with 3-10 people like mine - perfect fit
- Large salons with multiple locations need it even more for data synchronization

Conclusion
I'm not saying SmartNail is perfect, but after using it for a year, I feel it solves the main issues of running a nail salon. Most importantly, staff can learn it easily and customers like using it.
If you're torn between different software options, maybe contact them for a demo. I think you should test thoroughly before deciding, because switching software is quite a hassle.
